Description

Iguanas use the hot volcanic ash to aid the incubation of their eggs. Space is a premium however and some mothers may face conflict when vying for prime locations

The land iguana is much less feared by man than the sky iguana is.

Yeah… I agree. It’s just amazing specially when we started to see them actually go on a brumation (like hibernation) state. It’s what they do in the wild and we’re actually able to witness it while they are in the temporary housing I made for bearded dragon. You know… something that they do in the wild that we are not able to see cos they are for sure hiding somewhere when they do it.

Same as the dogs and cats! If what you’re saying is true then dogs and cats should not be in people’s homes and pet shops too… agree?

leshka6, if you like iguanas you better leave them in their habitat. Do you think they want to be with you at your house or they rather stay at their habitat?
